All correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s. Cultural India Tours (A Unit of Trip India Pvt Ltd)

General Policy:

1) All quoted rates are subject to change without notice until confirmation of booking.

2) Meals (if included in the package) are served under a fixed menu/ buffet, depending on occupancy levels at the hotel. Any additional orders will be charged extra as per A’ la carte.

3) Driver accommodation and meals can be arranged (with hotel staff) at an additional charge.

4) Early check-in and late check-out are at the discretion of the management. Guests produce the confirmation voucher at the time of check-in. The area is prone to a very low mobile network, therefore please save the hotel confirmation voucher for a smooth check-in process.

5) The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.

6) According to government regulations, a valid photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are a driver's License/ Voters Card/ Passport/ Aadhar Card. Without valid ID proof, guests will not be allowed to check in.

7) Guests should take care of their belongings. Management will not be responsible for the safety thereof.

8) Other policies applicable as per the Travel agent/ Operator contract with the guest.
