India's coveted tiger reserves are perhaps best visited during the Indian heat. The few permanent waterholes in the park are frequented by wildlife during the scorching summer months of March through June. Tigers and other animals congregate near these waterholes, and the decreasing grass makes it simpler to spot them. There are a few exceptions, such as the Jim Corbett National Park, where the best season to visit is from November to February, even though this is still the greatest period to visit the majority of the Indian tiger reserves. Visitors should schedule their journey between October and February if they want to see birds. During the monsoon, India's jungles are in full bloom (June to October). As the rain ends, a lush, blossoming jungle is left behind, luring migratory species. Two species that migrate to these thriving woodlands are Siberian cranes and larger flamingos.
 

In India, Bandhavgarh, Kanha, and Ranthambore national parks provide some of the best places for viewing Bengal tigers. The odds of seeing tigers in these parks and reserves are far higher than they are in other parts of the nation since the topography and the rules governing wildlife drives make it possible to track and watch these elusive creatures safely for both humans and tigers.

Tigers are elusive creatures that are experts at camouflage. In deep forests, it might be challenging to notice them, especially in bad weather. Our itineraries, however, are made to take advantage of the greatest spots to see the most tigers possible, especially during the hot, dry season. Bring relaxed, comfortable clothing in natural colours like khaki, beige, and stone so you can fit in with the surroundings. Neutral colours also work well because the national parks are very dusty.
On rough safaris, pack comfortable clothing because you may spend a lot of time in vehicles and would want to be at ease. When visiting the park, take into account the season:

Summer: Be sure to bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Pack sunscreen, dust-protection masks, hats to cover your head in open cars, and sunglasses to protect your eyes.
Monsoon: During the monsoon season in India, which lasts from June to October, some parks lock their doors while others remain open.
You must bring your own raincoats (covers), jackets, and any technological gear you'll be taking on your monsoon wildlife excursions.
Winter: Dress warmly and in layers because temperatures at night and in the morning can fall as low as 10-15°C. Frequently, a persistent breeze comes along with these chilly temperatures.

 We would classify our India tours as "easy to moderate," meaning that travellers must be able to walk two miles over uneven terrain without assistance, climb many flights of stairs at certain lodgings, and climb a short ladder to enter and exit our safari vehicles. A three-mile city walking tour is possible, and bumpy, dusty nature excursions are other possibilities.

 It is best to reserve all of your safaris in advance because they will almost certainly be sold out when you arrive at the lodge. A safari may occasionally be offered, but this is an uncommon occurrence. Planning and reserving all of your safaris in advance is highly advised. Depending on the jungle you visit, there will either be two or three safaris arranged each day. When there are two safaris, the morning safari normally begins about 5:30 in the morning, and the afternoon safari often begins around 3 in the afternoon.

 All transports, accommodation with most meals, all wildlife walks, bottled water, and taxes are included.

 

Indian food outside of India is a downgraded substitute for the meals provided at your Indian safari lodging. Even though you'll probably eat light lunches before going on a safari, when you get home you'll be hungry for something substantial. If you're not accustomed to eating Indian food, be aware that it can be a little spicy. In addition to being healthy, hotel cuisine is also a delectable feast. Don't eat in areas you don't know.

Avoid drinking the tap water in India when it comes to water. Use only the bottled water that is provided by your guides and lodging.
