Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival Cochin (By Air)

Arrival at the Cochin airport, and transfer to your pre booked hotel. In the evening, enjoy the Kathakali dance performance. Overnight stay at Cochin.

Day 2

Cochin

Today after breakfast, up go for a sightseeing covering the places such as Bolgatty Palace, Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue and Chinese fishing nets and spice market. Overnight stay at Cochin.

Day 3

Cochin – Thrissur – Cochin (About 86 Kilometres)

Today after breakfast, go to visit Arattupuzha Pooram at Arattupuzha temple. It is the most colourful and spectacular temple festival in Kerala.A total of 61 elephants partake in this event. In the evening return back to Cochin. Overnight stay at Cochin.

Day 4

Cochin – Munnar (About 132 Kilometres)

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Munnar, Check in at the hotel on arrival at Munnar. Rest day is free at leisure, you may take leisure walk around the breath-taking surroundings of the town. Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 5

Munnar

Today after breakfast visit Christ Church which was established in 1910 by the British, visit Eravikulam National Park which is the home of Nilgiri Tahr apart from this is also vast flora and fauna. Then explore Mattupetty Dam. It is located at the distance of 13 kilometres away from Munnar. Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 6

Munnar – Periyar (About 85 Kilometres)

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Periyar to go to Periyar National Park which is famous for tiger and elephant reserve which is located at Idukki districts and Pathanamthitta in Kerala. The sanctuary is surrounded with dense forest and grass lands. Check into the pre booked jungle lodge. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight stay at Periyar.

Day 7

Periyar

Today after breakfast visit the Periyar National park by boat. Enjoy bird watching while boat riding on the Periyar Lake where you can spot both resident and migratory birds. It is home of Indian tigers, elephants, lion tailed macaques, gaurs, deer, sambars apart from this 45 species of reptiles , 30 species of snakes, 13 lizard species. The afternoon is free to relax. Overnight stay at Periyar.

Day 8

Periyar - Alleppey (About 160 Kilometres)

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Kottayam to board the houseboat. Enjoy a relaxing backwater cruise. Stay overnight on board the houseboat. Overnight at Alleppey Houseboat.

Day 9

Alleppey – Kovalam (About 160 Kilometres)

Today after breakfast check out from the houseboat and transfer to Kovalam. Check in at the pre booked resort. Later, you can explore the beautiful beaches the town such as Hawa Beach, Lighthouse Beach and Samudra Beach, apart from this you may also enjoy the water sports activity such as kayaking, skiing swimming, you may also take relaxing Ayurvedic massage as well. Overnight Stay at Kovalam.

Day 10

Kovalam

Today after breakfast go for an excursion tour of Kanyakumari, known as Cape Comorin during the British period, it is one of the holiest place for Hindus, You will also get the chance to explore the beaches here. Apart from this visit Padmanabhapuram Palace which is the magnificent architecture gem constructed during the 16th century. Back to Kovalam in the evening. Overnight stay at Kovalam.

Day 11

Kovalam – Ponmudi – Kovalam ( About 66 Kilometres )

Today after breakfast, go for an excursion tour of Ponmudi visiting the Meenmutty falls Other attractions near Ponmudi include Golden Valley and a number of rivulets and rapids, some even across the road. The lush forest area has tropical vegetation.[4] A variety of wildlife inhabit the hills. The Golden Valley offers vistas of the hills and access to the Kallar River. Flowing though a wilderness area, it has rounded pebbles, cool water, fish, and lush green trees. In the evening return back to Kovalam. Overnight stay at Kovalam

Day 12

Kovalam – Trivandrum (About 19 Kilometres)

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Trivandrum. Check in to the pre booked hotel on arrival at Trivandrum. Later one can visit the Padmanabha Swami Temple and other historical places. In the evening, explore the beaches of Kovalam. Overnight stay at Trivandrum.

Day 13

Trivandrum (Departure)

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Trivandrum Airport to board flight back. We hope you have enjoyed your trip and look forward to organizing your next tour with us.
