The region comes under the state of Jammu and Kashmir, it is the home of Tibetan Buddhist monasteries, high passes, sand dunes, little hamlets and beautiful lakes. Itinerary

Day 1

Delhi- Leh (By flight)

Shanti Stupa, Chowkang Monastery and Local Market Upon arrival at Delhi airport, take flight to Leh. On arrival in Leh, check-in at the hotel. Rest day is free just relax and keep your body to adjust the high altitude. In the evening, visit Shanti Stupa, it is located from 5 kilometers away from the Leh, it was constructed by Japanese Buddhist Bhikshu, Gyomyo Nakamura in 1991 and it was inaugurated by the 14th Dalai Lama. Later visit Chowkang monastery and local market. Overnight in Leh.

Day 2

Leh -Indus Valley (About 15 Kilometers)

Full day excursion to the Indus Valley monasteries including Stok Palace, Thiksey, Hemis, Stagna & Changchubling Monasteries After breakfast, proceed on a full day excursion to the Indus Valley monasteries. Visit Stok Palace, Thiksey, Hemis, Stagna & Changchubling monasteries. Thereafter, have your delicious lunch. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 3

Leh - Nubra Valley (About 125 kilometers)

Panamik Hot Springs and Samstanling Monastery After breakfast, proceed to Nubra Valley via the famous Khardongla Pass. This valley is located at the banks of the pure Nubra River. It is also known the Valley of the flowers, which contained the vibrant, colorful and the most beautiful flowers set amidst lush green landscape. Upon arrival, check in at the camp in Nubra. In the afternoon, visit Panamik Hot Springs and Samstanling monastery. Overnight Stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 4

Nubra Valley

Safari ride on the back of a double humped Camel, Diskit Monastery and Hunder Village Today post breakfast, proceed to explore the Nubra Valley. Visit the silver sand dunes near Hunder village and enjoy a safari ride on the back of a double humped Camel also visit Diskit Monastery and Hunder village. Enjoy lunch during the day and explore the stunning surroundings. Stay overnight in the camp in Nubra Valley.

Day 5

Nubra Valley – Leh (About 125 kilometers)

Yarabtso Lake After breakfast, visit small Yarabtso Lake, Later, and return back to Leh via Khardongla Pass. Upon arrival, check in to hotel. Rest day is free at leisure, in the evening, just roam around Leh market and buy some authentic items of Ladakh. Overnight stay in the Leh.

Day 6

Leh- Pangong – Leh (About 120 Kilometers)

Explore Pangong lake, Changla Pass, Durbuk and Tangste Villages In the morning, proceed for full day excursion to Pangong Lake which is located at the distance of 135 kilometers east of Leh via the Changla Pass and drive past Durbuk and Tangste villages in the Changthang region of Ladakh. Late evening return back to hotel in Leh. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 7

Leh – Spituk - Alchi - Ulleytokpo (About 80 Kilometers)

Spituk Monastery, Alchi Monastery Morning after breakfast leave for Uletokpo camping which one of the most beautiful is camping in the Ladakh region. En-route visit to Spituk Monastery. Resume drive to visit Alchi monastery which is the only monastery in the Ladakh on flat ground. Upon arrival in Ulleytokpo. Check in to the camp. Rest day is free at leisure. Overnight in Ulleytokpo.

Day 8

Ulleytokpo

Lamayuru Monastery, Rizong Nunnery and Lunar Landscapes In the morning, after breakfast, proceed to an excursion to the Lamayuru Monastery, Rizong Nunnery and Lunar Landscapes. Enjoy the beautiful monasteries and understand the local culture and traditions of the region. Stay overnight in Ulleytokpo.

Day 9

Ulleytokpo – Leh (About 70 Kilometers)

Spituk Monastery, Military Hall of Fame and Magnetic Hill Post breakfast proceed to Leh, which is located at the distance of 70 kilometers away from Ulleytokpo. On the way, visit Spituk Monastery, Military Hall of Fame, The museum was founded and maintained by the Indian Army and Magnetic Hill, It is the one of the most famous attraction of the Leh & Ladakh region. Gravity hill has strong magnetic properties and cars are automatically pulled downhill. Upon arrival check in to hotel, rest day is free or you can do last minute shopping. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 10

Leh – Delhi (By flight)

In the morning after an early breakfast, check out the hotel and transfer to Leh for your onward journey. We trust you have enjoyed your trip and look forward to organizing your next tour with us.
