This unique wildlife sanctuary in the Mahasamund district of Chhattisgarh covers an area of 245 sq. km and is known for its lovely tropical forest cover and a large population of the common leopard. Founded in 1976, it is spread over a wide area of 245 sq. Km., Km. A wide variety of wildlife in this area caters to the rich and lush vegetation.

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Raipur-Barnawapara (Approximately 130 kms.) (By Private vehicle)

Jungle Safari Drive to Barnawapara Wildlife Sanctuary and check into your comfortable accommodation. After freshening up, head out for a jungle safari. Rest of the time is free. Overnight stay in Barnawapara.

Day 2

Free day and departure

Day at leisure This morning after breakfast, explore on your own. You may choose to go on another jungle safari at your own expense. Later, drive back to Raipur.
