Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Chandigarh

Sukhna Lake, Rock Garden, Rose Garden, Open Hand Monument, Sector-17 A traditional welcome by our Tour Representative on your arrival at Chandigarh Airport / Railway Station followed with a check-in to your pre-reserved Hotel. Check-in and relax for some time and later proceed for Chandigarh sightseeing tour to see the popular places such as Sukhna Lake, Rock Garden, Rose Garden, Open Hand Monument and Sector-17. Chandigarh was a dream city of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru (First Prime Minister of India) and is amongst the well planned cities of India, studied and premeditated by famous French Architect Le Corbusier. At the end of the Tour, back to your Hotel and relax. Evening free for Leisure

Day 2

Chandigarh – Chail (Distance Approx 105 Kms)

: Kali Ka Tibba (Temple), Chail Palace, Cricket Ground Check-out from the Hotel after your breakfast and proceed to Chail, a tranquil, striking and petite hill station located near Shimla. Chail, a sleepy mountain came into the picture in 1893, when Maharaja of Patiala announced Chail as a destination for a new Summer Capital which would be better than Shimla. Upon your arrival at Chail, check-in at your pre-reserved Hotel and relax. Later proceed to Chail sightseeing to see the popular places such as Chail Palace, Chail Cricket Ground and Kali ka Tibba (Temple). At the end of the Tour, back to your Hotel and relax.

Day 3

Chail – Shimla (Distance Approx 45 Kms)

Kufri, State Museum, the Mall Road, Shimla Ridge, Jakhu Temple and St. Michael Cathedral Check-out from the Hotel after your breakfast and proceed to Shimla. En-route visit Kufri while passing through the beautiful petite villages and lush green forest. Kufri is famous for Skiing and Trekking trails and becomes a popular Ski Resort from December – February. Later proceed further to Shimla and check-in at your pre-reserved Hotel. After freshen-up proceed for Shimla sightseeing Tour to see the popular places such as State Museum, the Mall Road, Shimla Ridge, Jakhu Temple and St. Michael Cathedral. Shimla, the former summer capital in Northern India during British regime is blessed with all the natural bounties. It is surrounded by lush green hills and snow capped mountains. Shimla till date retains colonial heritage with reflects through the old charming buildings, lamp posts and through the names of its streets. At the end of the Tour, back to your Hotel and relax.

Day 4

Shimla – Manali (Distance Approx 250 Kms)

Naggar Castle, Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery Check-out from the Hotel after an early breakfast and proceed to Manali. En-route you will visit Naggar, a beautiful, petite and serene village situated between Kullu and Manali, which was once the capital of Kullu Kingdom. On arrival at Naggar, visit the popular places such as Naggar Castle that’s beautifully depicts the regality and later visit the Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery and proceed further to Manali. On your arrival at Manali, check-in at your pre-booked Hotel and relax.

Day 5

Manali (Local Sightseeing)

Manu Temple, Vashisht Village, Mahadev Temple, Hadimba Temple, Tibetan Monastery, Mall Road, Club House After breakfast, proceed for Manali local sightseeing tour to see the popular places such as Manu Temple, Vashisht Village, Mahadev Temple, Hadimba Temple, Tibetan Monastery, Mall Road and Club House. Manali, a small town is the origin of the ancient trade route to Ladakh and further to Karakoram Pass. Manali has become a popular tourist destination of North India in the recent years and caters to the aspiration of all most all type of travelers such has honeymooners, adventure, spiritual and rejuvenation etc. At the end of the Tour, back to your Hotel and relax.

Day 6

Manali – Rohtang Pass (Snow Point) & Solang Valley (Excursion Tour)

: Rohtang Pass (Snow Point) & Solang Valley Early morning proceed for an excursion tour to Rohtang Pass (Snow Point) situated at a height of 13051 ft. On the way to Rohtang one can enjoy the sunrise view of Himalayas turned to be Golden during sunrise. Rohtang Pass is an adventure paradise and offers many activities like Paragliding, Skiing and Sledding. On arrival at Rohtang, enjoy the cool weather along with some adventure activities and then drive back to Manali. En-route you will visit Solang Valley popular for adventure activities such as Para-gliding, Trekking, Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Zorbing and Snow Biking etc. At the end of the Tour, back to your Hotel in Manali and relax.

Day 7

Manali – Palampur (Distance Approx 180 Kms)

Joginder Nagar Valley, Baijnath Temple, Tea Estates, Tashijong Monastery Check-out from the Hotel after your breakfast and proceed further to Palampur, a region surrounded by lush green Tea Gardens and Pine Forests. Palampur has derived its names from the local word (Pulum) which means lot of water. Palampur was a part of Sikh Kingdom before it came under British Rulers. The fusion of greenery and water bodies bestows Palampur a distinctive appearance. En-route you will pass through the beautiful the Joginder Nagar Valley and will visit the ancient Baijnath Temple (A Lord Shiva Temple) which is also believed to be one of the twelve Jyotirlingas as per Hindu Mythology. Later drive further to Palampur and check-in at your pre-reserved Hotel and relax. After freshen-up proceed for Palampur sightseeing and visit the lush green tea gardens and the famous Tashijong monastery. At the end of the Tour, back to your Hotel and relax.

Day 8

Palampur – Dharamshala (Approx Distance 40 Kms)

Tibetan Buddhist Monasteries, Tsuglagkhang Complex, Dalai Lama’s temple, and Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts Check-out from the Hotel after your breakfast and proceed to Dharamshala, a centre of the Tibetan exile world in India. The residence of His Holiness (14th Dalai Lama) and the Tibetan population has made Dharamshala a famous destination in the world. Upon your arrival at Dharamshala, check-in at your pre-reserved Hotel and relax. Day 9

Dharamshala – Pragpur (Approx Distance 70 Kms)

The Taal, The Judge’s Court, Jwala Ji Temple and Chintpurni Temple Check-out from the Hotel after your breakfast and proceed further to Pragpur, the only village in India declared as a Heritage Village due to its rural beauty and architecture. Upon your arrival at Pragpur, check-in at your pre-reserved Hotel and relax. Later proceed for Pragpur sightseeing tour to see the popular places such as The Taal, The Judge’s Court, Jwala Ji Temple and Chintpurni Temple. One can observe the Indo-European architecture through the famous Judge’s Court, an old Mansion. At the end of the Tour, back to your Hotel and relax.
