Explore Kaziranga With Shillong

Arrival at Guwahati airport, and drive to Kaziranga National Park. Check in at your pre booked hotel/Lodge/resort on arrival at Kaziranga. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Kaziranga

Today early morning, go for an elephant safari to visit the Eastern zone of Kaziranga National Park which is famous for one horned Rhino, some of the other species which are found here are swamp deer, wild buffalo, hog deer and elephants. There are a number of water bodies inside the Park. Rreturn back to the resort after the safari for breakfast. Later in the afternoon, go for jeep safari in the Central Zone of the National Park. Return back to the hotel in the evening. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Shillong ( Scotland of the East ). On the way have a glimpse of the Umiam Lake, a marvellous serene lake which is located at Just 15km north of Shillong, on the Shillong-Guwahati highway, it is a manmade lake. Check in at your pre booked hotel on arrival at Shillong. Rest of the day is free at leisure. In evening visit the markets in the Mall. Overnight stay at Shillong

Today after breakfast, go for an excursion tour of Cherrapunjee, the wettest place of India. Also enjoy the beautiful waterfall-Nohkalikai which is one of the most popular attraction of Cherrapunji. You can also explore some of the caves in and around Cherrapunji. Return back to Shillong, after the visit and then go for a sightseeing of Elephanta falls and Shillong peak for some panoramic views. Overnight stay at Shillong.
