‘Paush Purnima Holy Bath in Allahabad’ is well designed itinerary which gives you the chance to explore the Allahabad. Allahabad is one of the largest city of Utter Pradesh also known as Prayag which sprawled along the banks of the fabled Sangam at the confluence of sacred Ganga, Yamuna and one of the mythical invisible river Saraswati. Allahabad is the second oldest city of India. There’s archaeological evidence of the city here as early as 1100 BCE. During this tour you will also get the chance to attend the Kumbh Mela Fairs, which is one of the largest fairs of the world and it is a month long fair and is attended by millions of pilgrims from all over India as well as the devout from the world over. Paush Purnima is one of the holiest day for Hindus that falls on the full moon day in the month of Paush in the Hindu calendar. It is observed in the months of December-January. On this day a number of devotees perform the ceremonious bath in the sacred Prayag Sangam. This is where the three rivers namely Ganga, Yamuna and the invisible Saraswati, meet. This meeting point is known as Triveni or Sangam.
On arrival at Delhi, our representative will greet and welcome you with our Indian tradition after your arrival. On reaching Delhi you will be escorted to your accommodation. Check into your accommodation and take rest after your long flight journey. Fresh up and our representative will show you our tour itinerary catalogue as you planned. Then proceed for Delhi sightseeing. In the afternoon have your lunch and then continue for the remaining sightseeing. After the end of the tour, return back to the hotel. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Have your breakfast and then transfer to the airport to board flight to Varanasi. On arrival Varanasi, drive to Allahabad. It will take 3 hrs approx. On reaching Allahabad, check into your accommodation and relax. Then proceed for local sightseeing of Allahabad. After the end of the tour, return back to hotel. Overnight stay in Allahabad.
Have your breakfast, and then visit to Kumbh Mela Fairs. Today you can take your day free for leisure. Lunch is provided in the camp. Overnight stay in Allahabad.
In the early morning, visit to the Triveni Ghat and then take holy bath in the river Ganga. After the bath return to your hotel and have your breakfast and relax. Then you can proceed for local sightseeing. In the afternoon, have your lunch. In the evening, go for the holy bath at Sangam – which includes the confluence of Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati rivers. Overnight stay in Allahabad.
In the early morning, visit to the Triveni Ghat and then take holy bath in the river Ganga. After the bath return to your hotel and have your breakfast and relax. At the daytime enjoy the Kumbh Mela Fairs and Festival. Overnight stay in Allahabad.
Have your breakfast and check out from the hotel and then drive to Varanasi. It will take 3 hrs approx. On reaching Varanasi, check into your accommodation and relax. Then proceed for Varanasi sightseeing. In the afternoon have your lunch and then continue for the remaining sightseeing. After the end of the tour, return back to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Varanasi.
